The location.

Extremely overpriced, basic and dated room. The customer service non existent, on multiple occasions we contacted the after hours number as directed for issues, with no response.

I expected to go to the front desk and pickup the keys. She was dismissive of the request and explained nothing of the situation. We had an anxious time as the moblie number was not responding. Finally we became aware of the situation and found direction to the unit and the key.

My daughter was over from Cairns. She staying in Margaret River so decided to join her there. Celebrate her birthday and toured the region. A little wet but very enjoyable. Was nice to come back to the apartment to relax. Will definitely use again very convenient a location. Thankyou Allan and Lorraine.

A very large apartment , with all the facilities.

The location was great, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy to self check-in and out.

There are no chairs on the balcony upstairs to enjoy the outdoor weather.

Great location, right in town! Quite area, good area right up from the cafe strip.

Mould in the shower and on the curtains. Pillows need to be replaced smelt like sweat/oily hair. No designated parking space for my unit.

The location was great. Close to downtown and easy access to safe parking. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived. There was a microwave and small fridge with some milk, tea, coffee and sugar. As well as a toaster and kettle. It was very neat.

The kitchen was only just equipped to make it useful. There was no salad bowl or cheese board/knife. There were only two spoons, knives and forks so washing in between each use. There was nowhere in the shower to hang the washer. These things are small and didn’t detract from the overall comfort but would be easily fixed and lift the amenity of the room. There was no daily service which there was for other rooms let through the motel.
