Great position - although the building site opposite started early. Facilities 'tired' at heart, but significant effort has been made to offset that with a comfortable bed, clean towels, and new linen.

Loved the ease of access and central location.

Unfortunately the fridge was pretty dirty, the bathroom still had old rusty fittings from when it was part of the motel I’m assuming? And I could hear my neighbours up until the late late evening.

Comfortable beds, good-sized rooms. Great location

Lack of communication and service from staff. Had issues getting in contact with staff to find our room. Checked into our room that hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest, Dirty sheets towels. Staff is not very helpful, very disappointed

Perfect size for me and my partner, right in the centre of town in walking distance of everything!

We had an issue with our room however Prabhat was able to immediately correct this for us, turning a not so good stay into a good one

Our first room was a little mouldy and there was an issue with the plumbing whereby some brown water came out of the bath tap. This was resolved and we were moved so no issue in the end.

Great location, great communication, clean and very comfortable

Not really a deal breaker, I’d just suggest taking the moth balls out as it’s a very strong smell every time you’re walking into the room. There’s construction currently going on across the road, it was absolutely fine over the weekend just a bit noisy come the weekdays.
