Unique Buenavista

The view, a lovely big balcony. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable couch. Looks exactly like pictures. Lots of towel provided. Nice quiet area. Also had access to a lovely pool.

The appartment is nice but needs some TLC. Bed uncomfortable- didn’t really sleep well for duration of stay. Kitchen- very basic- only big pots for example. We did not use some utensils as they weren’t clean. Knives were blunt. The smell of drains in the bathroom. Very hard to control temperature of shower. It wouldn’t take much to make this a fab appartment- it’s everything is just a bit tired.

The view, the terrace and the location.

Location. (Perfect for those who like quiet stay, no noise from pubs or busy street as they're in the town in the walking distance.) Communication with host. ( Quick replying to all questions or requests, lovely welcome suprise in the fridge on arrival to start holiday after long flight, easy check-in.) Views from the balcony. (Hard to describe, just must see. Sky, cliffs, harbour. Stars at nighttime. No TV needed with these lovely views.) Pool. (Heated pool is a bonus for those who doesn't like sea swimming, enough sunbeds, never busy, towels were provided which was comfortable.) Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary staff, so cooking becomes easy. Overall nice and clean apartment, comfortable beds, good for a couple.

Water pressure in the shower. (Taking shower was a bit funny, as water pressure was a lottery, one day is good, another it's extremely poor, or at the beginning it's ok and then when you shampoo your hair it's just going lower and lower, so taking shower was a bit of challenge some days, especially if you have a long hair.) Not enough plugs in the kitchen, so you can't really use toaster and a coffee machine or kettle at the same time. Extension lead would be helpful. More than 2 toilet rolls for 9 nights would be great as well, as shops don't sell in a small amount, only big packages.

Perfect, quiet location. Great views. Reliable, responsive host (as always).

It is a hilly area outside the apartment block and I found walking the incline back upto the apartment block from the resort area a bit difficult in the heat.

The property was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, with everything in place for a relaxing week . It was very clean and had all the facilities that anyone would need, sun terrace was amazing , the swimming pool was great and used every day😊🌞

The view from the terrace to the sea and rocks is wonderful. It was very pleasant to have breakfast and drink coffee there. There is a small swimming pool on the third level. The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Parking along the road, you can find a place at any time. There is everything you need for cooking. There is also a washing machine.

Very weak water pressure. Not very comfortable bed. There are a lot of stairs for people with health problems.
