Unique Buenavista

We were satisfied, communication with Lesly went good without problem. The apartment was big enough for our 4 member family. The kitchen was well equipped. Surroundigs surprosed us a lot.

Great place to stay, with excellent hosts! Leslay was so helpful, even after check-out, when we left our travel documents.

Beautiful view of Los Gigantes. The apartment is located close to the center, but it is also off the beaten track, so you can enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings and mornings. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. Very good location as a starting point for exploring the island. It was great to use the pool and cool off after a day of sightseeing. We recommend it 100%

Sometimes the water pressure in the shower could be higher.

The view was fantastic. Calm, nice and nice pool.

The washing machine did not work, we hade to rinse all the laundry by hand. The laundry had detergent on it and centrefuge doesn't work. The toilet is constantly running. Some more equipment in the kitchen hade been good. The frying pan was out and the knives were not good.

I've stayed in these apartments before and absolutely love them - they are clean and spacious, basically home from home, they are fully equipped and have catered and covered everything, you literally don't need anything. The balconies are unbelievable, and the views to die for - I can't recommend this apartment enough, it's great value for money, the gates are secured with a number lock, the complex is a mix of nationalities, it's clean and quiet. We were here over Xmas and New Year, we were soooo lucky with the weather, just an added bonus to our fantastic holiday. Lesley is wonderful, she was always on hand to answer any questions/queries and was really quick to respond/reply 👍😊

Everything was fabulous, great location, amazing views.very quiet area. The building and apartment is well maintained and immaculate

Only suggestions not complaints but I would replace the pillows on the beds and the mattresses on the sunloungers
