A charge of COP 80000 is requested for a group of up to 6 guests to access the building. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 70,000 COP per stay. Please note that foreigners will be exempt from paying VAT tax after showing their passports. All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, the minor must present a written authorization to check into the hotel. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Upon arrival, a fee of COP$60,000 must be paid for access wristbands. This payment is made in cash at the building’s reception and is a one-time charge for the main guest and their companions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Excelente ubicación y el apto estaba muy lindo, cómodo, espacioso y completo

Para poder hacer la entrada es necesario dejar un depósito en efectivo, el cual dicen que se devolverá el siguiente viernes después de desalojar; han pasado dos semanas y aún no recibo respuesta ni el reintegro del dinero. Me parece muy demorado y dispendioso para la devolución en relación al facilidad con la que se paga.

La ubicación. Las vistas de los apartamentos

La demora en el check-in en las oficinas. El link donde hay que hacerlo es muy engorroso sobre todo si vamos un grupo grande. La falta de privacidad de parte de la señora que fue a recibir el apartamento: llegó y abrió la puerta enseguida con la clave ni siquiera tocó la puerta antes. Deben dotarlos de cobijas, utensilios de cocina aparte del juego de cubiertos. Las neveras necesitan mantenimiento. Los colchones son muy frágiles.

La vista es espectacular y el personal muy amable de Unik Cartagena

Quedamos encerrados en 3 ocasiones en el elevador y nos dijeron que la piscina abría a las 8 y nos dejaron usarla hasta las 9 el guarda que estaba encargado del área de piscina no fue nada amable para decir que todavía no se podía utilizar.

Los aires de las habitaciones estaban un poco malos no enfriaban bien y en horas de la tarde no se sentia casi

Muy lindo el departamento y espacioso, éramos 9 personas y no tuvimos problemas con el espacio. Todo estaba limpio, la comunicación con el personal era buena, me respondían y solucionaban algún inconveniente de inmediato, sin duda volveremos a quedarnos ahí.

El wifi no era muy bueno, siempre se salía y costaba volver a conectarse.
