A charge of COP 80000 is requested for a group of up to 6 guests to access the building. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 70,000 COP per stay. Please note that foreigners will be exempt from paying VAT tax after showing their passports. All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, the minor must present a written authorization to check into the hotel. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Upon arrival, a fee of COP$60,000 must be paid for access wristbands. This payment is made in cash at the building’s reception and is a one-time charge for the main guest and their companions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
