Kitchen was clean. Living room area was clean. Bathroom was clean. Host was amazing at communicating and said she would fix it but we were only there for one night, she wasn’t able to before we left

Mattress sheets were not clean in one room. Not comfy to sleep in. Missing remote for two rooms. Weird smell.

Good location to amenities and club house.

Caravan was poorly maintained and very dirty inside, and we spent a day cleaning it just to make it livable for myself and my family, including young children! i have approached the owner and booking.com, and i am now seeking a full refund and have seeked legal advice on appropriate steps of legal action! My advice is to choose another caravan, not worth the money it's advertised for!

There was nothing to dislike

Both showers hoses broken and leak

near to shops and playground

no guidance to how to use heating or internet . not cleaned properly. property older than advertised. All fixtures corroded or splashed with stuff in bathrooms.shower temp could not be turned down. no outside furniture fit to use, steel door to shed was buckled and banged in the wind. 4 teles with only 2 remote controls?

The location good , we did have to ride around to find the caravan

You have to bring your own bedding which I find tiring after a long drive to then have to make up 5 or 6 beds.

Lovely caravan inside. Flat screens in all the bedrooms

Bit disappointed with the outside seating, for such a big veranda only 3 (2 of them broken) child sized deck chairs were provided
