Convenient location, in the walking distance to all Las Americas attractions. Small but comfortable apartment with everything you need when you are on holiday.

It may be noisy at night if you sleep with open windows.

The apartment was superb except there was no hot water at all for 4 full days of a 5 day break and the pool area which was good but the beds were absolutely clapped out

The apartment is on a high floor with a well working elevator. From the balcony there is a wide beautiful view. Located in a good area, close to the best places and beaches in Adeje and walking distance to Las Americas. The apartment is clean, good mattresses for the back, clean linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness. Communication with the owner is very good. By whatsapp and by phone. Downstairs is a small supermarket, pharmacy. I liked everything, and thanks to Elena!

Beds were a little hard. Didn't bother us but music from neighbouring pubs/clubs start from midday til 3am every day.

Our criteria for selection of the aparment in Teneriffe were good feedback from customers and reasonable price. The apartment was similar as it was described. Apartment was clean and big enough for two persons. There were all the equipment which were needed for a nice holiday and especially the laundry washing machine was excellent. Situation is fine for reaching the coast, beaches and restaurants in Las Americas.

The taxidriver didnt recocknize "The best holiday hotel", but "Torres de Yomely" which is the big bilding was easy found. The environment is quite noisy especially at weekends because of the night clubs nearby. At he new year eve and day there were short of warm water in the mornings.
