outside noise, it’s a tower block so can hear celebrations through to the early hours

"Superb"

location is very central , near best beaches and bars. also downstairs you have a 24 hour supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. The communication with Elena was super great, she was really helpful and nice.

As I mention, the location is near the best bars and clubs and it can get loud. If you are young and don’t mind the music, should not be an issue

"Nice place"

The apartment is fully equipped and clean. I liked the fact that it has wifi, I stayed in other flats in tenerife and they didn’t have this basic thing. There is also a swimming pool and the beaches can be reached by foot.

Well, if you are staying in the heart of Playa de las Americas you most likely know this is a party place. Expect to hear some music and people screaming during the night. It didn’t refrain me from sleeping but if you want the quietest place to sleep bear in mind there will be some noise during the night especially between Friday and Sunday.
