The Regal Apartment

Very close to railway station, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is exceptional. Furnishing was top quality, immaculately clean and everything you could need for breakfast was provided.

We struggled a bit with the road noise as it's on a very busy road. The problem was mainly because of manholes and potholes which were very noisy when large trucks hit them.

One of your photos shows a proper single bed but its only a tiny foldable bed. We managed but different to our expectations

the communication with bookings manager was confusing. I asked if we could have an early check in but the response asked me how many of us were moving from the below apartment into ours. I also never had a response to an early check in until very very last minute which didn't help plan

The entrance is very shabby, broken front door step which is a trip hazard. Hall and stairway carpet need either to be changed or deep cleaned. Entrance walls need a paint!

The property location is good and very close to town centre. It’s was well maintained and kept clear to a very high standard. Everything seem to work well

It was difficult to find the cutleries as the drawer seems hidden. Some instruction would have been helpful however owner responded promptly to query. Internet was really poor and couldn’t assess much on tv.

Cute details, well equipped kitchen.

We were a group of three and the bedrooms were small doubles and very camped for two people sharing. There was a fold Out bed we could have used but the living room doesn’t provide a good alternative for sleeping as it has windows onto the main road so noisy and light in the morning, plus is the only communal space. Shower was hard to control to stay within the bath.
