The apartment needs repairs, the water pressure in the shower is very weak. the presence of two large cockroaches in the kitchen in the morning

Very good contact with the man responsible for handing over keys and he's very kind person. The apartment is spacious and in quite good location. Clean enough to feel comfortable. Secured parking space is a big advantage.

One evening it was extremely loud outside. A group of drunk, young people were sitting in the courtyard, drinking alcohol, shouting and breaking bottles. It took about 2 hours and after that there was a lot of broken glass everywhere. No one from residents reacted, even that there's police station opposite. All furniture are a little bit worn. Very long stairs to the apartment.

Clean apartment, nice localization, excellent contact person

terrible quality of the beds (mattress), no privacy when it comes to the building itself: you can hear full conversation coming from your neighbors (especially in the bathroom) or between the bedrooms upstairs.

Excellent location and facilities in the complex.only 10 min walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants and bars near by. A few min walk to supermarket. Appartment well equipped for comfortable stay
