"Poor value for money but location is good - needs a revamp"

Location very good. Swimming Pool lovely.

Furniture tired. Sofa in apartment absolutely filthy and smelt like someone had had an 'accident' on it. Shower - not fit to be called a shower as flow so poor. Unable to use stove top as even with a pan on top - could not get to function - I thought that such hobs needed specific types of pans to work effectively. Balcony in shade all day - which if you do not want to get too hot is fine but not particularly nice. Mattress on bed comfortable but way larger than base - so bedding does not stay in place. Apartment very noisy - you can hear those around going to the bathroom for example! Would have been good to know that was up many stairs - maybe I missed this in description.
