Filthy with cockroaches, flies and maggots. No fans, dirty bedding and towels. 1 person in charge but is never there for help. Lock didn’t work on my door so had to leave my room unlocked for 4 days till the person in charge came to help me with the lock.

Близость магазинов, кафе, ресторанов, аптек и пляжа делает это месторасположение весьма удобным. В доме расположено небольшое кафе La Perla Bar, которое представляет домашнюю кухню и теплое отношение к клиентам. Здесь можно поесть привычную еду по рецептам Балтии , Польши и славянских традиций. Отведать беляшей или цепеллинов, всем известного борща со свежеиспечённым ржаным хлебом, выпить чашечку итальянского кофе или испанского свежего пива. Унести к бассейну пару коктейлей и провести не заботясь о хлебе насущном целый день. К 18-ти часам кафе закрывается. Не упустите время комплексного обеда за небольшую сумму. Приятного аппетита! Самое большое наше разочарование- это шум, о котором в объявлении вы можете прочитать. Во-первых, шум после 23-х часов невообразим и на балконе превышает допустимые нормы. По какому-то физическому закону шум из всех кафе направлен в зону расположения квартир в башне Y с видом на море. При закрытых окнах и дверях внутри шум в максимально допустимом пределе. Поэтому во многих апартаментах установлено дополнительное остеклённые окна. В данном апартаменте конечно можно установить шумоизолирующие двери и окна или установить дополнительные стекла на балконе для более спокойного отдыха. Но это уже на рассмотрении собственников апартаментов. Поскольку мы арендовали на месяц, привыкать нам пришлось долго. Вначале ты не можешь уснуть от шума, а потом просыпаешься 4-ре ночи от наступившей тишины. Итак, каждый день. Второе- отсутствие интернета . Конечно, мы сами не увидели это условие в объявлении и претензий к собственнику мы не можем иметь. Но мы все живем в современном мире и если в апартаментах отсутствуют интернет- это нонсенс.

We are a young couple, used to travelling and even to nightlife and parties but even for us, this apartment was impossible to tolerate. I do NOT recommend this accommodation. The place is extremely noisy, even with windows closed. Music and street noise go on until morning, making it impossible to sleep. And trust me, we are young and used to going out, but this was on another level. The apartment looks nice at first, but it’s poorly maintained and clearly rented out with no care for guest comfort. It feels like a place rented out with no care for guest comfort, only to make money. The “double bed” is actually two single mattresses that separate during the night, leaving a huge gap in the middle. We had to ask for a blanket because they only provided a thin sheet used as a duvet. For a two-week stay, we expected basic essentials: bathroom products, some kitchen basics (salt, simple condiments), cleaning products. None were provided. Hygiene was terrible: we found a large cockroach inside the washing machine. The toilet tank leaks every time you flush. The boiler only gives hot water for 2–3 minutes, and the kitchen cupboard smells mouldy and stale. Furniture everywhere (bed, wardrobe, sofa, carpet, balcony furniture) is old, worn, and neglected. The bedroom curtain is too small and doesn’t block any light. In two weeks, the room was never cleaned and no sheets or towels were changed. We also had NO internet for the entire stay, which is unacceptable in 2025, especially as we needed it for remote work. The owner was contacted many times but never solved anything. Be careful: the owner rents several similar apartments in the same two blocks - avoid them at all costs. We understand that problems can happen, but the lack of action, the poor maintenance, and the basic lack of hospitality made our two-week stay extremely unpleasant. We do NOT recommend this accommodation and strongly advise future guests to avoid it.

I would rate it a -1 as it was full of cockroaches,flys and maggots in the apartment. No fans in the apartment and sofa was dirty. We had to leave and pay for another apartment elsewhere. They would not even give us half our money back 😤 The pool had a turd in and the staff never emptied the pool which we thought was absolutely disgusting.

I read inattentively that you have to pay a deposit of €100( cash)checking in. But the manager then returns it.

Apartment M1B We booked this accommodation as a January get away. It looks nice on the photos and the reviews are mixed. The outdoor areas pool, bar are kept well and are nice and relaxing. Pool was obviously cool in Jan. On arrival our accommodation wasn’t in great order, the door to my sons room wouldn’t shut correctly , hinge screws sticking out, I managed to do a temp fix using a knife, 2 handles were loose on the doors, the toaster didn’t work either. We reported these first day, 2nd to last day tonight, no one’s even replied to our msg. The accommodation is clean, but the decor and furniture need some attention, easy wins if you care considerate of your clients staying in the accommodation. In summery., the complex is worth a visit, just don’t stay here.

Perfect location, clean and spacious apartment. Lovely view from the balcony as pictured. Previous reviews said the shower was not good but it must be different now as we had no issues at all and found the shower excellent. Christina was very helpful to us from start to finish.

Not the fault of the property at all but the noise from Veronica strip was super loud! We got earplugs after the first night and had no further issues.
