Parque Santiago I Duplex

Location was perfect. Johnny at the pool bar was lovely and his food was great to catch a snack

The apartment was very basic and needed a lot of work. One fan for 4 people One small bathroom The 2nd room was only a single bed (the other person had to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs) Low ceiling in the small box room led to many bumps Shelving in the main bedroom we're broken Unclean door unit in the bathroom Only 2 toilet rolls left for us Loose grill in the shower and outside on the balcony led to near trips and a cut toe The balcony had no sun throughout the day and chipped & grubby paint needs to be majorly improved We did not get the apartment we were led to believe we had booked - either the photographs were photoshopped or we were given a different one One of the kitchen units was full of items belonging to the owner

Good location, great pool and bar. Property was clean and good facilities

Bedroom/bathroom layout upstairs awkward for sharing. Said 2 flights of stairs but there was 4 and no lift

Location was great. Centrally located. No problems getting loungers around the pool, but they weren’t the comfiest & you do have to pay.

Comfort. The beds were so uncomfortable. We had 1 pillow each, again, really uncomfortable. I did try & ask for more pillows to help but was told they don’t have them. Unfortunately there wasn’t anywhere comfortable to sit either so it just made the bed situation even worse. There was no break from being uncomfortable. We’ve come home with 3 of the 4 of us with bad backs. The apartment is a good size, yet it’s showing signs of being tired. It needs a really good deep clean. The tiled floors were really nice, but so ingrained with dirt, we constantly had dirty feet. Some ventilation upstairs would be much better too.

Ticked all the boxes, just could have had bedding/sheets for the sofa bed

Ideal location. The apartment and duplex were spotless the breakfast in the pool bar was very reasonable and delicious

Although there was a fan in the bedroom which was great I would of liked to have a proper window to open for fresh air

Liver the location and the apart was great however no bedding for sofa bed and when i asked was told there wasn't any do my friend slept on the sofa with a towel all week

Little difficult when leaving to leave your bags somewhere. Luckily life guard let us put them in his shed until we left
