Beautiful house in the heart of Las Americas. The location was excellent, and the property was impeccably clean. The swimming pool was very comfortable and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view from our balcony, overlooking the beach of Playa de las Americas.

Parking was not easy to find, and waste management was somewhat inconvenient due to the challenges of sorting recyclables. Additionally, the windowless bathroom was not ideal

Clean and well furnished. Perfect location, sea view, yards from the beach. Air conditioned with large balcony. Access to swimming pool.

The host was pleasure to deal with. The apartment was exactly as described, well presented, very clean and comfortable throughout and was very well equipped. Lovely pool area. Prime location in heart of Las Americas with plenty of restaurants/bars/shops to choose from.

Complex sunbed/parasol rental prices seem on high side, especially for condition however this is outwith owners control.

Beautiful clean complex. The apartment had everything that was required and was very central.

The hire of sunbeds, mattresses, and umbrella at the pool side added a substantial cost to the holiday with a family of 5 every day! Prices around the pool for ice cream, etc... we're also very pricey.

Property is in a fantastic beachfront location. Very clean and modern, has everything you need.

Air con in the bedrooms would be fantastic as it was very hot.
