LUX Parque Santiago2 Las Americas First Line

The apartment is lovely, VERY clean and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable, bed sheets very nice and soft and we had a nice sea and palm trees view from the balcony. Also, the apartment is well situated, quite central and a supermarket conveniently situated right across. Also the pool area is very nice, private, only the customers of the Parque Santiago 2 have access and the big pool is heated at 28 degrees. I would say a good pick for a family.

1. The host was quite rude upon meeting us. She was very angry because, apparently she had waited for us to arrive for about 2 and a half hours. This was quite upsetting to me, because she had asked beforehand for our flight number and landing time and I specifically answered that our landing time was at 14:00. Of course we needed a lot more time to arrive at the apartment, due to baggage claim, car rental, drive from the airport etc. I called her 30 min before arrival, but she was still rude and angry when we arrived. Very inappropriate...no client orientation whatsoever...This is actually the only reason why our rating for the place is down at '8'. 2. The name of the apartment 'Las Americas first line' is actually misleading, there is a round of restaurants in front of the apartment, and those represent the first line. Since the apartment is situated on a higher level, you still get a nice view of the ocean.

Great location, spotless apartment. Has everything you need with a lovely view of the sea and able to watch the surfers, can fall asleep listening to the sea. On a clean and well maintained complex with gated key entry. Pool and surroundings were spotless, nice and quiet, totally relaxing. Plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. 100% recommended, we'll be back.

The location is grate and the apartment is really nice and the view is amazing.

The fridge and air condition was not working and the balcony is to closed for me. The sofa have to much noice.

Exceptionally clean and well furnished has everything in the apartment you would need. Great location .Great communication from host. Would def rebook

Pool is great but limited for kids especially because no inflatables allowed.

Very nice location and a beautiful apartment. in. Very clean pool and so good food at the pool bar! Nice beds and big towels :)

The dishwasher machine was nasty! So we cleand it our selves so we could use it. No toilet paper or dishwasher brush. Bad smell of the washing machine and our chlothes came out as dirty as they went. I was a bit shocked that we had to pay for sunbathing cairs. Booking has OLD PHOTOS OF THE POOL! It is a bit small.

Everything was great. We will definitely be back next year. The owner was nice and understanding. The apartment has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic.
