Fantastic location, pool area was good but no mattresses on the sun loungers so they were uncomfortable. We used the pool for the main hotel instead because of this.

The safe and the fridge didn't work. We contacted the owner about the fridge and safe but heard nothing back, it was over 30° so we could have done with a working fridge.

Place very rundown and in poor condition no tv channels no fan front door very difficult would not recommend or return

everything needs updating shower area, holes in wall, toilet seat doesn’t fit also we were told it had satellite tv the tv didn’t work after complaining many times and when your there for a month it’s nice to have tv. We also emailed bookin.com when we were there and no response also it’s gone up for next year which is not good at all.

Good location, pool area was good. Kitchen area to make breakfast etc and big fridge came in handy.

Not very clean in the bathroom, there was an ants nest underneath our shower so we all kept sliders on when showering. Not only this but we didnt get toilet paper or towels except the first day. One roll of toilet paper between 5 people for 4 days, we had to go buy more as it obviously didnt last a day. Then only got one towel each on day 1 so when showering twice a day we had to reuse towels and use our beach towels too which is just so unhygienic. I contacted property but got ignored the whole stay and replied to on last day but still got no towels for our shower before going home.

1. **Ceiling Fan Issues:** The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was relocated to accommodate bunk beds, causing it to clip the curtains and appear as though it might fall off. Despite notifying the landlord, a replacement was only provided on the last night of my stay, with no compensation seen, even though offered during stay. 2. **Lack of Response from Agency:** The agency was consistently unresponsive and full of excuses, making it difficult to resolve issues. 3. **False Advertising:** The flat was advertised as newly refurbished, but this was clearly not the case. I will attach pictures to show the discrepancies. 4. **Safety Concerns:** Open electrical wires were left exposed where the previous ceiling fan had been in the main bedroom, and other electric points were uncovered throughout the flat. 5. **Insufficient Amenities:** Although the apartment is advertised to sleep five, it lacked adequate glasses and cutlery for that number of guests. 6. **Extreme Heat:** The flat was extremely hot, and without functioning fans, it was not a viable place to sleep comfortably. 7. **Deceptive Communication:** Felt misled by the agent/landlord, who repeatedly promised resolutions or answers that never came. Overall, while the location and price were appealing, the safety concerns, lack of responsiveness, and misleading advertising made for a disappointing and frustrating stay.
