El apartamento está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de muchos puntos de interés de Santa Cruz. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea muy cómoda. La limpieza es impecable y el trato con el propietario fue excelente. Sin duda alguna, es una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Santa Cruz.

Está cerca de la zona central y la marina. Apartamento en estilo retro con buena cocina y mucho espacio. El dueño fue muy rápido en responder todas nuestras necesidades.

El único ventanal a la calle está muy sucio y demacrado, al igual que buena parte de los muebles y venanas al interior. Faltaba el botón del tanque del inodoro, el panel de la cabina de baño estaba roto. En el cuarto no hay closet, sino un estante para zapatos algo roto. Había sábanas rotas.
