Sitio muy bien ubicado en San Andrés, lugar tranquilo.. habitación cómoda..y con todo los servicios.

Por poner una pega, la ducha muy pequeñita y el que no tenga aire acondicionado (tienen ventiladores de pie)

location was fabulous very close to bars, the beach and eateries. Great reasonably priced SPAR five minutes walk away

being a ground floor apartment it had no balcony and limited out door space

The groundfloor has no(!) windows to the outside. Only to the stairs and an indoor „court“. You can hear everything from the other floors.

The property was close to a good place from which to swim

The worst thing was that the property had no windows to the outside only one to the stairway and one to a tiny inner courtyard which was damp and dingy and housed the washing machine. I had messaged the property in advance to check whether there was an outdoor sitting space but received no reply so I read the reviews which suggested there was - but that's for the upstairs flat which has a terrace and is probably very nice. So DON'T BOOK THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT! The apartment was cramped and the bedroom and shower especially so. The bed was quite comfortable but small and the shelves next to the bed sloped so you couldn't put a drink on them. When we arrived the stovetop didn't work but the agency arrived very quickly when we contacted them and managed to sort it out the following day. the oven did work but there were no cooking pots that could be used in the oven so it wasn't much use. It was chilly and dark in the daytime and too hot at night. Altogether it was a miserable place to stay and if we could have found somewhere else we would have left immediately.

Top floor apartment with a lovely terrace which we were very happy about. Good facilities, even several coffee makers and an oven. Communication on arrival was very good

The hosts did not reply to our messages once had been there a few days, so we were unable to amend our check out times. It's a small bathroom and shower, but adequate for our needs

Great location, close to the beach, shops/restaurants, quiet place, clean and rather big apartment with private kitchen with all necessary appliances, nice helpful host, cute and tasty welcome bonus.

Everything, great location and very cozy. Beautiful terrace with view to ocean.

The location is amazing 5 minutes from the beach and only 2 min. from the supermarket & farmacy. The rooftop apartment has a very nice and quiet balcony where to enjoy the sun in the morning & afternoon. The size is perfectly sufficient for couples and it is a place where to rest your mind. I will definitely come back and recommend it 100%!
