Dream Marina

The apartment was everything I was hoping and more. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and central.

Everything was perfect!

The location was good. We booked it for staying for a night before our cruise.

1. The bathroom door was broken, it was impossible to close it. 2. The property was not suitable for a family, the sofa could not have been converted into a bed. It is ok for two people though. 3. Poor customer service. The host was yelling at me when I was unsuccessful with using the blue button in the e-mail for opening the entrance door. He could not realise that I was on roaming and my data was not working properly. I called 3 times because I was able to make phone calls but my data was not working. I understand it might have been annoying, but I think under no circumstances should a costumer service consultant fly off the handle and yell.

It is a lovely apartment with full equiped kitchen. Near to city center, supermarket and restaurants. The host didn't show up, but he monitored my checkin and checkout via WhatsApp. So, everything is under a perfect control. I love this apartment

The only issue is difficult to find a parking place. When we first arrived, we parked like 700 meters away. In the evening we parked nearby but we didn't know it is a reserved place, which almost cause a trouble to us.
