Please note that check-in and key collection take place directly at each apartment. The arrival address for guests booking the 2-bedroom apartment is Rúa do Medio Nº 60. The arrival address for guests booking the Apartment- Ground floor is Rúa San Pedro Nº 13. Online identification will be requested by property. Once this is received, guests will receive a pin number for digital access. Access by car along Rúa de San Pedro is limited and conditioned, ask the establishment. From 1 October 2025, a new local tax (2 euros per person per day) will be applied. This tax must be paid to the establishment before arrival via credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent location, just outside the old town but with great restaurants within 2 min walk. A Moa 32 was only €19 per head for 3 courses (excluding wine).

"Great location and a lovely host - but make sure you book the right apartment."

The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We even got a bottle of cava for our wedding anniversary! The location was very good, close to restaurants and the city centre.

The apartment is very dark -- only one side of it has windows, and they don't give much light. You can open half of the front door, but that's only possible when it's warm enough. Also, the apartment is all one space, with the bedroom separated only by a partition, and not a separate room. We booked an apartment specifically as we get up at different times and want to be able to use the place while the other person is asleep, but that was not possible. Most of the booking information on the site applies to the upstairs apartment -- that is the place with the balcony and a lot of light. This wasn't true for our apartment. Lastly, the information mentions that breakfast is provided but there was nothing at our apartment. There need to be two separate listings for the two apartments as they are very different.
