Please note that check-in and key collection take place directly at each apartment. The arrival address for guests booking the 2-bedroom apartment is Rúa do Medio Nº 60. The arrival address for guests booking the Apartment- Ground floor is Rúa San Pedro Nº 13. Online identification will be requested by property. Once this is received, guests will receive a pin number for digital access. Access by car along Rúa de San Pedro is limited and conditioned, ask the establishment. From 1 October 2025, a new local tax (2 euros per person per day) will be applied. This tax must be paid to the establishment before arrival via credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Mattresses and lining were no comfortable . Inside I feel dated. Internet signal does not work on the bed.

Impeccably clean throughout, comfortable beds and fabulous location. Maria the owner is incredibly helpful, thoughtful and attentive to her guests. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Access with the door code couldn’t have been simpler.

Excellent location. Exquisitely renovated and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable and spacious.

I think it is important to consider having a handrail on the stairs to provide safety especially for children or older people. I did slip on the polished wood as I came down at the halfway point

Thoughtful owner who gave us lots of information in advance and who was very friendly when we met her. The apartment was deceptively spacious and bridged a busy street with a quieter one so you get the best of both worlds.

Nothing other than that we would have found a washing machine more useful than the dishwasher, but there are lots of launderettes nearby so this isn’t really an issue.

We rented the duplex apartment number 60. The location is excellent and the decor is fantastic. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen are very nice. I will stay here again. Nice restaurants close by.
