The arrival address for guests booking the Apartment- Ground floor is Rúa San Pedro Nº 13. Online identification will be requested by property. Once this is received, guests will receive a pin number for digital access. Access by car along Rúa de San Pedro is limited and conditioned, ask the establishment. From 1 October 2025, a new local tax (2 euros per person per day) will be applied. This tax must be paid to the establishment before arrival via credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Der gesamte Raum war ohne herkömmliches Fenster. Es gab zwei kleine Fensterscheiben die mit einer Milchglasfolie verklebt waren. Man konnte bei der Eingangstür das obere Drittel öffnen, so daß ein Blick nach außen möglich war. Nachts war es nicht möglich diese Fenster zu öffnen, da jemand hätte einsteigen können, da die Unterkunft direkt an der Straße lag. Es gab ein Gerät, dass die Luft befeuchtete. Wir haben dieses wegen des Geschräusches ausgestellt. Wir würden dieses Apartment nicht mehr buchen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war nahezu unverschämt.

"A great place to stay. We were 4 adults and the apartment fitted our needs perfectly"

The property was very stylish and comfortable with everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a kettle but this didn’t bother us too much.
