Please note that check-in and key collection take place directly at each apartment. The arrival address for guests booking the 2-bedroom apartment is Rúa do Medio Nº 60. The arrival address for guests booking the Apartment- Ground floor is Rúa San Pedro Nº 13. Online identification will be requested by property. Once this is received, guests will receive a pin number for digital access. Access by car along Rúa de San Pedro is limited and conditioned, ask the establishment. From 1 October 2025, a new local tax (2 euros per person per day) will be applied. This tax must be paid to the establishment before arrival via credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Exceptionally well located. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. Maria was fantastic with contact and info! I highly recommend!

A very minor thing...no where to put shampoo and soap while in the shower. But that's just a simple inconvenience offset by fabulous bathrooms!

Nos alojamos 5 compañeras y estuvimos muy confortables. A la casa no le falta detalle y María, la anfitriona, no pudo ser más amable, atendiéndonos y dando estupendas recomendaciones.

Como fuimos por trabajo, nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarla ;)

"Nice property but we would not rent through this agency again without improvements to the service"

It is in a great location. It is a period property which has been tastefully renovated with high quality materials.

The heating was remotely controlled by the rental agency. With 3 degrees outside and a property that was cold and damp on arrival, they steadfastly refused to raise the temperature above 18/19 degrees- not acceptable. There was no washer/dryer which we expected at this price point. There were very limited kitchen utensils, for example no oven dishes.

Limpieza. Ubicación. Al piso no le faltaba detalle. María es una persona maravillosa, cuidó de que no nos faltara nada. Siempre agradecidos por facilitarnos un taxi y no precisamente a unas horas normales. Totalmente recomendable.

Prachtig appartement op de begaande grond. Alles is aanwezig en zéér smaakvol ingericht. De locatie is perfect aan de rand van het historisch centrum. De communicatie met de eigenaresse was heel prettig.

Wel was lastig dat er niet echt een raam is. Je kunt een soort luik gebruiken in de deur maar dat voelde toch vreemd.
