We spent 4 wonderful days at this holiday home in Garmisch, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for a family stay—especially the kids’ play area, which was fully stocked with toys, puzzles, and a great DVD collection. It kept our children entertained and happy throughout the trip. The home is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it’s just a short walk from grocery stores and other essentials—very convenient! Antonia, our host, was incredibly thoughtful and organized. She provided detailed instructions well in advance about how to reach the apartment, where to park, and how to access the key, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The apartment was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for both kids and adults. We felt truly at home and would absolutely love to return. Excellent room. Its clean and pretty big. Views of the alps from outside the room and around the location are amazing. The hosts were very sweet although interaction was almost minimal. They provided baby bed and high chair and even some small homemade baby food as a kind gesture. Location is also very good pretty accessible by public transport and shops nearby.

Not much. Only complain would be views from inside the room itself. Since room is in basement you can't see out much.

The apartment was perfect. Wasn’t expecting such a big apartment. The owners were very nice and gave us some tips where to go with children. Had a great time and would definitely go back.

Was hoping for a balcony apartment, ended up having a basement apartment. Still enjoyed the stay.

Found some cobwebs in apartment and missing amenities like soap etc. Also need some extra towels if possible. Sorry but definitely needs a microwave.

I love everything about the apartment. It is the most perfect apartment I have ever lived in. Although it exceeds my budget, it is worth it. "es lohnt sich". Property Rating 10 + 1.

Experience the fun of treasure hunting while searching for the key. "The keys were hidden in a secret location". But don't worry, call the Host, she will give you a "Hinweis" to find a key.

It was spacious, clean, and in a great location for exploring the region and for skiing. The owners are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. I would 100% recommend this apartment.

It was way bigger than i thought and it was very clean as well!

It’s super clean and you feel like a local staying here. The landlords were very nice and left us homemade jam, water, and fresh fruit.

I thought I booked an apartment with a balcony but got a basement apartment. I can’t actually check to see if this was my error or theirs… but I loved the basement apartment. It was much bigger than anticipated and I could even host a couple dinners with all the children, with enough space to play games, do puzzles, and build Legos.
