It was pretty nice. Central train station where people can take train to Zugspitze cable car station is accessible, taking 15-20 minutes by walking. In addition, hosts were very friendly and kind. They offered us free bus ticket for the time we stayed there.

Children bedroom was excellent and they enjoyed the toys there.

A Little More Toilette paper would have been ideal. We were 5 people and it was somewhat short for 2 Nights. Not too much of a big deal though, Gad Station or supermarket was walking 5 minutes away to buy anything.

We have taken the top floor with Balcony. It was very comfortable. Also, special playing area for kids. We had a good stay there.

It is a great place where to stay, with an amazing view from a balcony.

The place was very clean and the hosts were really very friendly. It is also very close to the train station which makes it very convenient to walk to reach there.

Our first family holiday in Bavarian Alps and I am glad we chose this apartment as had a fantastic time. The host was very organised and provided all the instructions before our arrival and was readily available over the phone if required. The drive to the apartment from Munich was great and the location was perfect for us, easy access , parking outside the main entrance, Shell gas station 2 mins drive alongside the Netto discount market. Partnachklamm gorge parking 🅿️ 5 mins drive ( they use the Olympic ski parking ) Easy scenic drive to Eibsee and Zugspitze cable car. Apartment accessible via stairs, small kitchen with all amenities. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The best part of apartment was living room, it was airy and spacious with large windows overlooking a gorgeous view, the balcony - I could sit there or lay on the couch for hours. There is a smart TV along with a DVD player with a large collection of DVD’s. Board games, toys and a play area for families with younger kids.

The apartment is on the top floor with an awesome view of the mountains, in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is well-equipped (dish washer, pots, pans ... ). It's located near a bus station and just about 20 min walk to the train station. We were a family of 5 adults, and the apartment was spacious enough for us.

The curtains of the main window were not working. But in the end, it was not a big problem for us.
