We loved the location, near the water, green grocer and restaurants. It was very easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful sights. Wifi was great as well for those that need it.

Better written instructions as to where the broom, hot water fuse and gas switch were.

We LOVED this amazing little flat! It is lovely, spacious, had a coffee machine which we so appreciate, a shower w hot water :0) , a comfy bed, and a heater which worked well (February stay). And it’s in a great location near the sea, and not too far from the bus stop. Our host was very prompt in responding to our requests. He let us know that Antonio, his assistant, would be helping with anything we needed. And he did, far exceeding our expectations! Antonio is amazing!! He met us at the door in the rain, welcomed us, gave us a large umbrella to use for our stay, called two favorite local restaurants to see if they were open, and walked us there…in the rain holding the umbrella! Wow! What kindness!! He also brought us extra coffee pods and water and replaced our coffee machine which wasn’t working properly. He was helpful in every way. And we were so grateful! When we explained our early checkout to catch a 6:50 a.m. bus the day we were leaving, Antonio said, “I will come pick you up! I am at your service for anything you need.” He arrived at 6:30 and drove us to the bus stop. Cheerfully, with enthusiasm, kindness, and big goodbye hugs all the way around! Nellie Antiche gets our highest rating for a wonderful stay!

In February, it took awhile for the main kitchen - dining area to warm up. Perhaps with advance notice in the winter, the heater could be turned on for arrival.

Antonio showed us the accommodation. He was always very helpful and kind in everything (including the parking). The accommodation is in the center of the center. It was top-notch inside as well.

The floor was still a little fluffy. Parking is not the easiest in the area, but Antonio helped us.

Loft: in the summer it is the perfect shelter from the heat and sun. Well and tastefully furnished, a beautiful map on the wall. Basic kitchen equipment allows you to make spaghetti :) Good contact with the owner, he will advise and help. Good location, right in the center, but quiet.

Loft: if you are unlucky you may hear louder upstairs neighbors.

The apartment was great, and also the building itself with the entrance and the staircase.

The location was great and the house had everything you might need.

The apartment was a bit dark, there were just two windows and you could here the neighbours form upstairs.

Flat well located (close to the local beach, restaurants, bars), clean and well equiped. Fabio answers quickly via whatapps and Antonio is always around if needed. Quiet location. The flat is quite big, nice terrasse (no sea view) with chairs, table... where you can eat (BBQ not allowed). We could use the wash machine which is good for a long stay. We have been to Castellamare few times before and we would recommand this place.

Hard to park in Castellamare del Golfo (+ not free) wherever you stay

The appartment is very nice and the children loved it and hat a lot of fun playing there. The view is wobderful and the location is perfect. I lived it.
