Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, mit Parkplatz in Tiefgarage

schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat gut funktioniert, durch die Stadtlage ist es natürlich etwas lauter

Skvělá lokalita v centru Santa Cruz. Byt je prostorný a má vše, co potřebujete, včetně pračky. Součástí ubytování je parkovací místo v podzemní garáži, která je součástí domu, ale pozor na výšku auta! Naše auto mělo téměř 2 metry, takže se do garáže nevešlo, ale nebyl problém zaparkovat o kousek dál v podzemním parkovišti El Pilar. Pro pobyt v Santa Cruz vřele doporučujeme!

"Tolle Lage nahe Plaza Candelaria"

Conchy ist sehr nett und hat bei der Schlüsselübergabe weitere Hilfe angeboten. Die Lage des Appartments ist top - wenige Schritte zur Plaza Candelaria und der Altstadt. Viele Handtücher, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Balkon ist sehr klein. Parkplatz sehr nützlich. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Bäder haben leider keine Fenster und müssen über die Schlafzimmer entlüftet werden.

The location is perfect, in the center of the city, it has a lot of stores and restaurants in the area. The host is such a sweet woman, and the view is beautiful

Some things were not so clean, but it was not a such problem for us! This place is very good for long and for short stay
