The apartment is very clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a big living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary items. The living room and one of the bedrooms share a nice terrace towards the alley with terraces. The owners are very nice and very responsive: the water heater broke down on our first day and the next day the lady came and replaced it with a brand new one... Thanks for your fast response 😉 For those that need a parking place there is also a private parking spot underground, below the building, so you don't need to pay extra for parking. I highly recommend this apartment for the price/quality you get.

On weekend nights there are a lot of clubs around the location and in the living room and one of the bedrooms there is a lot of noise until late in the night. But still, the other 2 bedrooms are quiet enough because they do not have windows toward the street area. Also, the apartment is not close to any beach but is very close to the city center area.

the house was very big, a lot of rooms and 2 bathrooms. the position was in the city center, the private parking spot was a real plus! the landlady was really nice and frankly speaking i cannot find any flaws in this experience!

Fabulous location central to everything in town. Great to have a dedicated parking spot. This is a well maintained spacious apartment with many facilities. Conchy, the host, made access to the apartment very easy.
