El apartamento estaba un poco lejano de las actividades a las cuales fui a participar, pero podiamos llegar en 20 minutos caminando.

el lugar es espacioso, adecuado para alojar 6 personas. Lo malo del lugar es la falta del servicio de aire acondicionado y era demasiado caluroso.

Very lovely,elegant and clean appartment near central bus station and area with shopping malls.The appartment has three bedrooms,bathroom,toilette,small but well equipped kitchen,two balconies.In 10-15 min is possible to reach city center with lot of cafes,restaurants and small shops with great offer of stylish and beautiful clothes.The facility manager,Mrs Borges is very proffesional and easy to reach via whats app.The entering system to building and appartment with code is very practical

Location a disaster.

The Noise from next door was absolutey terrible and went on most of the night. Walls were so thin one would think they were in the room with you. Industrial bins been collected each night at around 2 o clock and again at six o clock. With all of the above did not get full nights sleep even one night. Had to sleep during the day to make up for it When we arrived no one to meet us and found the instruction on how to get to our apartment very vague. Luckily other people who lived in one of the apartments arrive to explain how to find our one

Very good placed, nearby the city center.

Being located in the city, on an area with many buildings, car parking was challenging. 3 or 4 days we had to park in the underground parking of the market.

This is a beautiful, spacious, well-presented, and immaculate flat just minutes away from all of Santa Cruz's main attractions; despite its proximity to the action, it is also really quiet when you want some downtime. Beautiful balcony views of the mountains and the harbor. It was priced more affordably than most hotels came with considerably more space, inserting three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
