Huge space, well equipped kitchen, great wifi. Lovely local area, high floor and quiet with fast lift. Helpful and easy check in. Close to market, port and water park

Beds were very hard

Spacious and clean. Central location, very well equipped.

Very noisy from other apartments and the sound travelled because of high ceilings and no soft furnishings. It was a shame about the alarm that was going off in the block too that kept us awake. The beds very very hot because of the mattress protector.

Excellent location 5 mins from bus station and 5 mins from shopping area in the other direction. Great Wifi and very clean. Beatriz was available if we needed to contact her and she was very helpful.

Very bad sound isolation, you can hear everything from outside and inside from the next room.Very noisy doors, something need to be done for that.

central location spacious clean excellent management response

we spent one week here in winter and the apartment was extremely cold with no form of heating. we contacted the management and they supplied a small electric radiation heater that would heat the one room your are in. this heater saved our stay as without it we would have had to leave the property. The management supply two cooling fans for warm weather and they really need to consider supplying some warm air fan heaters fit the colder season.

Liked that it was spacious, had comfortable beds and all the necessary utenciles

We managed to lock ourselves out the apartment, leaving one key into the keyhole inside. A sign reminding to pay attention to it could be useful, as these kind of doors are not common everywhere.
