Charmie flat

Flat is cute, the bathroom is adorable, and thankfully there's a lift/elevator so that helps a lot with luggage. The coffee machine also helps in the mornings, and there's a bakery right next to the building.

Everything was fine, maybe the bathroom noise was a bit strange at first but it didn't bother me.

Secure and quiet apartment, elevator, kitchen with microwave, spacious bathroom, comfortable mattress, lovely host. It’s a locals area with fabulous pizza across the road as well as other restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets and a shopping strip. Very close to Palermo Lolli train station only 5 min away for train to airport and Cefalu.

Airconditioning couldn’t be adjusted, access to main building door and apartment door is via phone requiring internet access, although this wasn’t a problem for us it could be for others. Walking distance is 20 minutes to main tourist sights, again not a problem for us but could be for others.

The owner is super helpful and kind, all utilities were extremely clean and neat ( a little bit too much cleaning scent actually).In kitchen there are everything that you need. All equipment work perfectly. Location is also quite good, you can reach in 15 minutes by walking to center and enjoy your evenings. There are plenty of locations for car parking as well, we didnt have any issue.

Charming place, high ceilings, very charismatic. It’s actually quite spacious, the bathroom is really new and comfortable, not to mention the fact that the place has its own equipped kitchen where you can cook (which we didn’t), but you have a fridge + you can make coffee for a proper waking up each morning. The internet is great, the location is a 15min walk away from Teatro Massimo in the center. It was also really easy to park for free very close to the apartment.

Nothing really

It was clean considering the disgusting hygiene state of the city. It had a coffee machine and free capsules for it. In the bathroom there were body wash and shampoo bottles.

The location was really sketchy. It didn’t felt safe to walk around the apartment especially at night. Although we didn’t experience any threats. All the streets around the apartment (and Palermo in general) were full of trash and really smelly. Soundproofing was awful considering people in Palermo like to lock their hands on their car horns starting at 7 am. The bathroom didn’t have a sewer siphon so walking on wet floors wasn’t ideal.

The place was very clean and comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for your meals. Irma was very nice and helpful. Internet was very fast and perfect for working.

The toilet (sanitrit) is a little bit noisy. The room is quite dark because the balcony overlooks another building that is very close.

Irma, the host was great, very kind and helpful! The place is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and the apartment is easily reachable from the airport.

All was fine! (The bathroom noise mentioned by others is really not a problem since it is not very loud at all.)

The flat was clean and fragrant. Big thanks for cleaning lady Rachel for tips and help. I can recommend it

A curtain for shower could be useful - I recommend to install it. Without it the water gushes all over the bathroom.
