Comfortable room, very clean and a great host! Also, a very good Air con, which was crucial.

Clean and cozy flat to come back to. Very safe and secure with locking systems to get into the building and then into the apartment itself. All amenities provided for including some generous breakfast items and cooking essentials. Location is very convenient, close to the metro and the sights/attractions of the city. Great recommendations given to us by Irma the host, who also welcomed us into the apartment even though we arrived late at night.

There was difficulty in keeping the bathroom floor clean from water as we were showering, perhaps this is a sealing issue as we were careful not to drip water on the floor yet it still managed to appear in certain places. The noise made from the water pump was a little loud but we got used to it after a while. No major issues though.

The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded my expectations. The host was very friendly and it was easy to check in. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location.

There’s no bidet in the bathroom and the WC is noisy. The shower box is open and the floor gets easily wet when taking a shower.

The apartments were beautifully designed and clean. Host not only provided welcoming and cozy accommodation, but they also took the time to share their local knowledge and insider tips. Their recommendations for restaurants, hidden gems, and must-visit attractions added a whole new dimension to my trip. They anticipated my needs and were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had.

The bathroom was a bit noisy when in use (I assume due to the water tank refilling, but not ideal if your partner is trying to sleep while you shower etc) Key and entrance situation is a bit confusing, a sign on the door(bell) would be helpful :)

The apartment is 15 minutes walk from the historic centre.

The pipes rattled every time I used the water.

The owners are really helpful. They always reply fast. In October there was an airport strike and we couldn't reach to Palermo. When we wrote to owners, they immediately changed the date of accomoditions. Also eveything in the appartment is digitalized.
