Beautiful location and friendly host

It was further from town than originally hoped

The most beautiful accommodation we have had. Terrace with a view of the sea and sunsets, access to a small beach, close to the Poseidon baths and several restaurants, bus stop right next to the house. Tina is a wonderful host, always kind and helpful, she is the good soul of the place. Thank you Tina, we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. It was such a beautiful Villa and our host was above exceptional. This place exceeded our expectations and would definitely return. It was well kept, very clean, beautiful decor and felt like paradise. The view was absolutely gorgeous!!!

Fantastic location, with a over the sea and direct access to a private beach. The bus stop for three buses to Forio was immediately outside the door. The design and decor was generally very good and attractive and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. There was adequate storage for clothing. The balcony was adequate size to eat out. There was a large modern fridge. There were plenty of towels of all sizes. Tina was very friendly and very quick to respond.

The shower tray was very small, with a plastic shower curtain. I think it would have been better to admit the bidet, and install a rectangular tray with a glass screen. It was impossible to stand in the shower tray without the plastics screen sticking into the body, which is a horrible sensation. Bathroom was otherwise very clean and excellent quality. There was no explanation as to how to turn the heating on and off and I think this could be improved. The kitchen was only just adequately provisioned with Tools. For instance, there was no potato peeler; no problems in kitchens are caused by the knives, and there was no knife sharpener, which I think is essential. Although there was an oven, there was not a single casserole, pot, or other cooking basin, which could be put in it, because they all hadplastic handles. But these are my only observations. Otherwise, the apartment was excellent.

The photos don’t do this place justice!! Incredible accommodation on the beach, amazing sunsets and great restaurants a 2 min walk away. Bus stop right at the door, super convenient. Tina and her son Guiseppe are SO kind and generous. This is such a special place and I can’t wait to return.

It's quite. A perfect place for rest. Resturants 3 minutes walk. Mini mart very close. Bus stop very close. Posiedian thermal waters 10 minute walk. Excellent massage

Wish I could see the sea from my room. Bed a little firm for me. Personal preference.

This is a spectacular place! The view is amazing! The location is perfect if you are visiting Poseidon. The apartment is adorably decorated. Tina is so sweet and helpful and really puts so much attention into the details of her lovely apartments. The bus stops right outside the door if you want to go into town for dinner.

Hot water runs out after one shower..but no big deal.

This is the most gorgeous, most beautiful, most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at. I could watch the waves for hours. The hotel building itself is very pretty and the rooms were wonderfully decorated.
