Appartamenti Tina in Villa Restituta

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful and has a lot of soul. We loved our room, which was a cosy apartment with kitchen. We would always see the sea (and sunset), read on the balcony and make nice dinners. Very cool to be able to walk the stairs and be on a private beach. The owner was a fantastic lady who would always help us with anything and even give a parting gift. We were sad to leave, as mainland does not have this calmness. We both agreed to return. Dont worry about location, bus 2 stops by the door and goes to nearest town and the biggest port. Can reach anything and the West is better for the sun.

Location, location, location! Direct access to a small private beach for a daily swim. Within walking distance from the Poseidon thermal water park and Citara beach, as well as a mini market and bars and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with adequate cooking facilities, suited me perfectly as a solo traveller. Lovely hostess, Tina, who was warm, friendly, attentive and responsive.

My adapter plug didn’t fit into the socket, but Tina helped me out and showed me that the hairdryer provided has an adapter plug which fitted.

We booked a self catering room with balcony overlooking the sea. The property was spotless, with plenty of towels and some water already provided in the fridge - very thoughtful of Tina. The location was stunning. It was away from the main town but an easy bus ride into the centre (bus stop right outside the building), and we did walk in one day, took us about 30 minutes. It's also about 200m from Poseidon Thermal gardens. Steps lead down to what feels like a small 'private' beach, A couple of chairs and a parasol were provided for those who wanted to sit on the beach in comfort. If you can't manage steps then a walk down the road would take you to the bigger Citara beach.

I would highly recommend this accommodation, it is in a lovely position with access to a small beach. It is very clean and has everything in the small kitchen that you might need for your stay. Bed very comfortable. Great attention to detail in the actual rooms but also outside on the terrace areas which have lovely views out to sea. Tina is a wonderful host. Very welcoming and provides lots of useful information.

Apartment is very close to clean sea (private beach). Landlady was really nice. There are beautiful and big palms and cactuses in front of the apartments, so you feel like in the botanical garden. The breakfast/dinner with the sea view was enjoyable. It was simply the best vacation.

Tina’s apartments were lovely. On the beach front, quaint and very clean. Tina is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The accommodations were amazing. Beautiful room with all the comforts of home including kitchenware, tv, air conditioning and lots of storage space. Tina the property owner is extremely sweet and super helpful; makes you feel welcome. She’s always available to provide assistance or suggestions for local needs.

A lovely apartment clean and fresh with a fabulous view of the sea & a great balcony to have your meals and enjoy time on. Bus stops conveniently outside to go round the island or a short walk up the hill to another bus line. Short walk to basic supermarket & restaurants. You are provided with umbrella & 2 chairs to go down to the little beach with. Tina speaks little English but we got by & is a sweet host.

The shower leaked over the floor because the shower curtain was too short. We had to ask for the kettle (which had to be boiled on the floor) and iron (done on kitchen table). But delivered readily so not a real problem.
