Scomodo per chi non viaggia in auto. Le chiavi vanno ritirate a Como, mentre l’appartamento si trova a Cernobbio. L’ultima corsa del pullman c128 è alle 18:30 e c’è una salita di quasi 2km

Gigantischer Blick Alles notwendige vorhanden Alle Technik hat einwandfrei funktioniert( Heizung, Wasser Küche)

Check in war kompliziert, vor allem der Online Check in war für uns als Deutsche kaum leistbar, letztendlich hat es aber doch geklappt

لا توجد ستاره على الدريشه وفي الصباح تدخل اشعة الشمس الشي الآخر الفراش كان يوجد فيه بقع ولم يكن نظيف

Sofa bed must be replaced..terrible mattress🤯..key collect and drop off in a different town ..very difficult access without a car ..needs to be clear in the listing

The view is great but everything else was literally a nightmare.

Complicated SELF check-in process Boiler was not working, so no heating and no hot water Smell of gas in apartment Poor communication Delayed refund - which I had to chase every day for a week

The apartment itself is nice. The view is great.

1. One should be aware that the key from the apt is IN ANOTHER TOWN. So, if God forbid you arrived by bus—you will have to go back to Como to pick them up and then again go up to Cernobbio. 2. We arrived to apt and there was freezing cold—the temperature in the room was +17. The air conditioner didn’t work. The gas boiler didn’t work. No hot water too! No instructions on how to use the boiler. No gas on the stove. After 2 (!) hours of unsuccessful efforts to reach the owner (no messages were read, no calls picked up) we somehow managed to find the gas valve for boiler and valve for stove. After that it took another 1,5 hours to warm up the apartment. The owner reacted to all the numerous messages and calls at 1am (!!!) Just said “send the picture of boiler” On top of that there was no toilet paper and paper towels. When we asked for wifi password, the host sent the picture (!!) of password containing more than 20 (!!) digits. Seriously?? 3. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. So, it’s not even a whole day.

Stunning location, such beautiful views of the lake and balcony, good price, huge bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay

There was no communication or instructions so I wasn't able to use the stovetop but I used the oven. The location is beautiful but better if you rent a car. The last bus from Cernobbio to there would get there at around 18:45 but I managed.
