We absolutely loved the warm welcome we received from Giorgio and Debora, they were so kind! The property was wonderful, large and very comfortable. We'd recommend anyone to stay here and loved Verona. Location was excellent!

"Fantastic location but lots of negatives"

Location Initial contact and communication from host...seemed welcoming and helpful.

Parking is nearby but €16 per day. Very odd layout with kitchen only accessible through a bedroom. Old style 3 pin plugs throughout with only one adapter available for the kettle and microwave which was looped under a door frame. Dishwasher was filthy. Dishwasher had not been built in properly so it tipped forwards on opening. No fascia to the dishwasher. Stairs to the loft bedroom are made or covered in slippery stainless steel with sharp rivets. Balcony was covered in cigarette ends - host blamed us for this...nobody smokes! Awning to balcony was ripped. Host also blamed us for leaving rubbish in the kitchen...all recycling separated and bagged up, no dumpsters seen downstairs or instructions given. Upstairs bathroom very tired with missing tiles and poor shower fixing...again blamed for dirt that we did not leave. The bin in there had also last guests' rubbish. The drain stuck out and could easily cut up someone's feet. Missing light covers in lounge possibly due to roof leaks earlier in the year. The host left a very aggressive message after we had checked out. We have sent this on to Customer Service.
