Very clean and had everything you need. Refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, TV, WiFi. Very safe area. Public, free parking right next to the apartment. 15 minute walk to the historic city center of Como.

There was a heatwave while staying at this property (+33 to +35C) and the AC could not really keep the apartment cool, especially on the second level where the bed was located. Make sure that you are aware of the slightly adverse climb up to the second level where the bed is located. It would not work for someone with a handicap or someone that is extremely overweight and old.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 days and were amazed. Starting with the welcome, which was very warm, they explained to us where everything was in the apartment, everything was very cozy, the beds were comfortable, and there were bikes in the garage, with which we were able to walk around and explore the whole city. The street where the apartment was located was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

great place to stay in como, close to the store and easy to get to the city centre while being in a quieter area :) and good contact with the owner and associates :)

The host was very friendly and the apartment was very nice. The location was great as you can reach most of the facilities and attractions by walking.

The design of the sleeping area was very nice but the stairs to reach the bed were not very comfortable. However, generally the apartment was realy cool.

I liked the practicality of the apartment and the safety of the neighborhood where we stayed. Grocery stores are very close, you can get to the center on foot, and if you want, you can also use public transport, which is very close to the apartment.

Location, hospitality, cleanness

Nothing.. But maybe an idea to place a small fan upstairs where the beds are😀
