Nice modern facilities, all the necessities

It was very hot in bed, might want to consider getting a portable air conditioner in the summer time for upstairs

Excellent location and excellent organization of the room . You can visit the city just walking from the property . Easy find the parking .

We just came back from a nice short trip to Como. We had the luck to stay at Andrea´s apartment; a very beautiful, modern, unique place. We left our car parked for 3 days and did a lot of walking around town and climbing the mountains. We liked that it was not a touristic part of the city and you meet normal italian people there. Apropos "climbing": it´s good that you know beforehand that you have to "climb" to get to the bed😉.....but when you are up there a very comfortable mattress ist waiting for you. For us in our 60s it was a tiny little challenge but you need these little things when you want to keep young, or?! Andrea is such a cheerful guy that your holiday starts right away when he gives you the keys!

Andrea is super responsive & helpful. the property already has a bunch of amenities like hairdryer, utensils/cups/plates, toaster, dishrack, sponge, dish soap.

bring your own soap/shampoo/utensils; some mildew in the shower

Loved how the property was set out with the bedrooms on the top floor and all open plan. Andrea was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived allowing us to leave our bags at the property slightly earlier than check in time. Additionally, after checking with Andrea about what cooking facilities where at the property, Andrea then left a toaster for us to use during our stay. This was very much appreciated. We had a fabulous holiday and loved staying at this property.

I think it could have been clearer about what cooking facilities are at the property but really enjoyed our stay
