"Exceptional"

The location is great - at a walking distance to both the city center and the railway station. The apartment is spacious and has two bathrooms, which is really convenient. Our host Serena was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. She was always helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for good restaurants and bars in the city. We had a wonderful time there ☺️

Serena is very helpful and responsive to messages. Her suggestions for restaurants and a breakfast place were excellent. The apartment was quiet and not too far from the centre of Bologna.

"Great 2-bedroom apartment for family members traveling together!"

Serena was a wonderfully kind hostess -- great communication, always available, eager to please. She lives in the building, so she was very responsive. Very convenient floor plan for couples or friends traveling together, with two bedrooms and two baths on separate floors. In this particular apartment, there was AC in the lower bedroom, and a ceiling fan and floor fan in the upper bedroom (but no AC). The weather was mild enough that this was not an issue. Serena was very kind to let us check in upon our arrival to Bologna in the morning, as the apartment was not occupied the day before. Spotlessly clean, Serena really puts her heart and soul into these apartments.

"The perfect balance of great location and relaxation!"

Serena is an Amazing hostess! Super friendly, available and helpful! Excellent English, so communication was easy. Super orientation to the apartment so we felt comfortable. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, had all we needed for our stay. Her recommendations for where to eat were perfect! Great location, walking distance to the main attractions, but quiet and away from the business.

Very good location for getting to the centre of Bologna. Nice restaurants in local area. Very clean and comfortable. Serena the host was very helpful and accommodating.
