What a wonderful place! Quiet, fully equipped, close to the center (especially by bike), supermarkets nearby. And a special shoutout to the host Serena! Hospitable, helpful, cooperative, communicative (good English speaker) - she makes your stay in Bologna a real treat. Rarely have we felt so welcome in a foreign city.

Everything was perfect, the property is centrally located and within walking distance to the old city, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to satisfy the wants of a traveller. Within the apartment, you can expect everything for the most comfortable stay. Everything was spotless. I was received by Serena, the owner, with the most warm and kind welcome and provided with helpful information about the property and Bologna. She helped me with every query I had, including information about sending parcels from Italy. What a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this accomodation to everyone.

Serena is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a memorable stay. From warmly welcoming us upon arrival to providing detailed explanations on accessing the apartment and navigating the city, she left no stone unturned in making sure we felt at ease. The abundance of information available in the apartment about Bologna was incredibly helpful, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's charm. The apartment itself exuded a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home.

I have been to various apartments in Rome, Naples and other cities in Italy. But the one in Bologna was the best. Much of this is due to Serena - she is very nice, friendly and helpful. Quiet, peaceful, large and clean place. It has everything you need. It is close to the train station from where you can get to Florence in 37 minutes and to Milan in 1 hour. 10 minutes walk to the center. A nice base for exploring the city and others in the area. It was a great stay.

The apartment was great, spacious, well equipped , comfortable and very clean. Great location to walk anywhere Serena our host was fantastic. She met us to let us in , communicated with us before hand on how she would meet us She was extraordinarily helpful about where to go, made dinner reservations for us as we were inadvertently there when there was a busy conference in town She even arranged the taxi back to the train for us. Friendly helpful and available as needed. Serena is a gem

Serena is a fantastic host, so helpful and generous with her time. Apartment was perfect for our stay and spotlessly clean, we loved it! Her recommendations for restaurants are excellent. Would have no hesitancy in recommending 100%! Will definitely stay again...
