What an amazing place to stay with the very, very best host. The location was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully presented with many extras. A laundry and condiments in the cupboard were a bonus. Fresh air as well as air conditioning and a lovely outlook were great. Fabio couldn’t do enough for us. He kept in touch throughout our stay with guidance and helpful suggestions. His guided tour when we arrived was fabulous, he booked cabs and checked that they had arrived! There were numerous contacts during our stay to check that all was ok and offers of help. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thankyou Fabio 😃😃

Beautiful clean open space in the heart of the city with all the amenities you could need

Amazing apartment - spacious, beautifully designed and super clean; Excellent location; Fabio has been an amazing host - clear instructions for check-in, arranged a parking for us and also provided brilliant recommendations for restaurants and beach. None of his recommendations disappointed us!

The apartment, Marble, that we stayed in is large, very clean and stylishly decorated with a balcony that has an opening view on a church . The property is fully equipped and has all necessary facilities including an access to a laundry room. It has a perfect location in Ortiga to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops and sightseeing. It’s 3 min walk to Fontana Di Diana which is an amazing spot to have a couple of drinks in the evening. Fabio is a superb host. He assisted us with all our requests, gave great recommendations for restaurants and helped to arrange a transfer. It was an enjoyable stay and an exceptional place.

Fabulous balcony overlooking the street. Quite large apartment in a great position. General store opposite. No. 106 bus stop outside, passing every half hour for the station. 10 min walk to rocky beach. Quiet. Fabio was a very charming and helpful host.

Very very minor but a bit of bench space would have been good. We couldn’t really fault the apartment though.

A central location in the old town Ortigia. This well maintained first floor (a few flights of stairs therefore) apartment has high ceilings giving it a more spacious feel. We had the ‘Marble’ suite which was a corner room with (small) balconies on two streets. The bathroom is modern with the shower having good pressure and good hot water. Easy good communication with the owner. For those who like security there are two gates and two separate locked doors to navigate (simple stuff). There is a bus stop opposite for the little local Ortigia bus 106 (only 1.2 to 1.5 E per ride or per 90min time slot). There is a nice wine bar EVOE nearly opposite with very friendly host.

The location was great and the outside space (terrace) was really appreciated!

The noise from neighbours (not tourists) - wash machines running late evening/early morning and builders. Not the fault of the property owners though.
