Departamento amplio y comodo para 4 personas, buena ubicacion a tan solo minutos de la estacion de trenes. Si bien no tiene parking privado, pudimos estacionar todos los dias en la puerta del edificio. Apartamento comodo y bien equipado. Fabrizzio nos mando toda la informacion detallada

Ved tjek in kom der en dame som ikke kunne tale andet end Italiensk. Lidt svært at lave en ordentlig tjek in. Men heldigvis kan google translate bruges.

Lovely fresh and sunny apartment. Easy access and departure. Host very helpful with local information. Short walk to Train Station to go to Cinque Terre. Also short walk to supermarket. Apartment very clean with everything needed.

The host was a very helpful host and communicated with us all throughout the journey including when picking up the keys. We had an issue with the Water and the host replied to our concerns at 1 in the morning and made sure it was fixed by the next following day before noon. The host was very accommodating and even gave us tips and information regarding the area and train/public transport. Highly recommended! Apart from that, the apartment was nice, clean and had everything we needed.

Good location, near train station La Spezia Central to visit Cinque Terre. Host always there to answers questions and give advices.

Some maintenance might be needed in the bathroom. There are AC but didn’t feel like it in the bedrooms.

We had an issue with the AC and Fabrizio did everything in his power to fix it and provide a great experience. He even left us a bottle of wine to make it up to us :) On top of that the apartment is very convenient and has everything you need for staying in La Spezia for a few days.
