"Exceptional"

Excellent location - less than 5min walk to the train station, 2min to a great pizzeria and large supermarket, about 10min to main museums. The apartment is nice and comfy and the host was friendly and supportive. We would be happy to stay there again :)

We had a great time at Casa Carlo! Fabrizio (The owner) was extremely helpful, if we had any query, he jumped right away :) The apartment was beyond our expectations, well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Iron with a stand, all the kitchen pots, bowls, blender etc.. The location is also great, it is pretty close to the train station and to the center. Absolutely recommended!

"Pleasant"

More plates, glasses in the kitchen. Light switch in one bedroom was broken. A coffee maker would be great to make coffee for more than one person at a time.

"Exceptional"

Close to La Spezia Train Station, air conditioning, comfortable beds and separate dining/,family room which was good for the family meal time. Very modern feel in the apartment compared to outside.

"The place was clean, spacious and fully equipe"

The location was great, close to the train station about 5min walk and many restaurants/bars are in a 5-10min walk. The staff was friendly and helped us with information for tours of 5 Terre. The ferry is a short 20min walk through shopping streets.

The parking is a paid parking in front of the apartment approx 10 euro or there is free parking approx 200m away.
