New Apartament in historical Genoa center

This property is in the perfect location! Everything is a short walk away, down to the marina, up to the overlooks, and right outside the best faccacia.

The apartment has a funky style and a couple steps but it is on the first floor so not too hard to get in. It is dark inside as the alleyways block out the sun but the lighting is great.

Kaikesta. Sijainti super 10. Keskellä kaikkea ja jos ei jaksanut kävellä myös bussit ja metro kulman takana. Omistaja Tommi lähetti jo etukäteen paljon infoa paikasta, ravintoloista ja kaupungin nähtävyyksistä. Saavuttuamme saimme videon jonka avulla oli todella helppo päästä asuntoon sisään. Jos joskus matkustamme Genovaan uudelleen Tommi ja Anna ovat listalla ykkösinä ! Suosittelen myös lämpimästi kaupunkia Genova, varsinkin jos olet kiinnostunut kauniista ja historiallisista rakennuksista.

Tommi olisi voinut ilmoittaa että ikkuna vuotaa jos vettä sataa rajusti. Hermostuin kun vettä alkoi valua lattialla. Hän kertoi että asia tullaan korjaamaan kun soitin hänelle ja että pyyhkeitä saa käyttää lattian kuivaamiseen. Lisäksi hän pahoitteli kovasti ongelmaa ikkunassa. Muuten hän oli täysi kymppi joka asiassa !!

The bath sink drained slow and there was an electric outlet that needing a wiggle of the plug to get the light to work.

Clear checkin instructions provided well in advance. Quirky apartment that kept the kids entertained.

Het is echt een geweldig appartement! We raden deze accommodatie met veel plezier aan. De locatie is perfect, midden in een winkelstraat in het oude centrum van Genua, maar toch geen geluidsoverlast. Onze kinderen vonden de inrichting ontzettend leuk. We voelden er ons meteen thuis, dat kwam ook omdat de basics, zoals koffie, thee, pasta, kruiden etc, gewoon aanwezig waren. Dat maakt het wat huiselijker. De verhuurder heeft veel tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving gegeven en aanbevelingen voor goede restaurants. Der verhuurder reageert direct per app met een duidelijke uitleg. Complimenten waard!

Nicely themed decorated apartment in the center of Genova! It was very clean and offered lots of room and space to stay as a bigger group. The host was very friendly and always available.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war 7 von 5 Sternen. Er hat sofort geantwortet, war flexibel beim Check-In, hat uns viele viele Tipps fürs Parken, für Sehenswürdigkeiten und vor allem für sehr, sehr gute Trattorias, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben, die sich beim Besuch als wirklich ausgewählt, sehr bodenständig und eben regional herausragend erwiesen haben. Er hat uns damit noch einmal mehr für Genua begeistern können. Lieber Tommi, ganz tiefer Dank für den Mega-Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Stadt, die uns vor allem auch durch dich ans Herz gewachsen ist. Die Lage ist phänomenal: Der Bahnhof sehr nah, der Hafen vor der Haustür und der Charme Genuas sofort spürbar. Wenn wir wiederkommen, dann definitiv bei dir. Normalerweise buchen wir bei Wiederkehr immer etwas anderes, weil wir einfach neugierig sind. Das hier war eine Ausnahme. Outstanding! Wirklich! Mille grazie! Bernhard

The location is excellently positioned, close to Porto Antico on a very lively street, shops, caffeshops , ice cream, jukeboxes with water and juices, etc. The apartment is located at the back of the building and we enjoyed the quietness throughout our stay, we had coffee and water, we received all the information from the host in time and we did not encounter any problems, everything was clean and ready to use. The apartment looks great, I took pictures of all the decorations :)) I will definitely choose the same location if I visit Genoa again.

Air conditioners are Only in 2 bedroom, rooms are dark, just 1 bathroom for the family of 5 it is not enough, there is no dishwasher.
