New Apartament in historical Genoa center

Great host Tommi, provided detailed information for the area and the property was nicely themed. The quiet air-conditioning worked well when it was over 32°C / 90°F.. very good location, near the sights, metro and very good eateries.

Too short a stay in the property.

I enjoyed my early morning walks through the old town of Genoa with its many restaurants and small Café shops. One of the Café shops is located right next to the front door of the apartment building. Via San Lorenzo is quite lively at times with many pedestrians, street vendors, street cleaners, and at times street performer. The noise from these does not make it past the heavy front door and the apartment is completely quiet. The very friendly apartment owner, Tommi, is quite knowledgeable about the area. He responded to my texts promptly, much faster than I expected. It also helps that Tommi speaks excellent English, which to the delight of my wife is also grammatically correct. We (3 adults) stayed in the apartment for 6 nights in May 2025. I would not hesitate to rent the apartment again.

Beautiful place in the heart of Genova

Lovely apartment, very clean. All the facilities that you might need. Owner was great at communicating. Overall a lovely place to stay. Perfect location!

The property was in an excellent location, the apartment was clean and well appointed and the hosts were great. We had a couple of minor changes with the number of guests they were very responsive and accommodating. It was a great option. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment right in the centre of Genoa, steps away from the port, cathedral and main attractions in the city. This unique-decorated apartment is ideal for families and also couples. We will certainly come back.

Nothing, it was all good

Incredible location in center of Historic Town and Old Harbor. Restaurant, Cafés and grocery stores close by. Very quiet. Spacious apartment and very nice and helpful host.
