New Apartament in historical Genoa center

Exceptional and unique apartment in a classical building on Via San Lorenzo with the magnificent cathedral just a few steps away. Incredible feeling to step out of the apartment and be right in the center of Genoa’s nonstop energy. The apartment itself is full of character and memorable, as well as clean and comfortable. Tommi is a very helpful host.

Parking stress is inevitable if staying in a pedestrian area but it can be well-managed here. Bags and passengers can be easily and peacefully unloaded without obstructing traffic within a few meters of the apartment by following Google Maps to Mercanzia parking. There are occasionally metered spaces here but alternatively a parking lot. If that lot is full follow signs to Porto Antico parking five minutes walk from the apartment.

Tommi and anna were excellent and provided us with a great property for the night. It's very clean, a few minutes walk from the main sights of Genoa, has some great decor inside (especially if you like vespas!) and was overall a really great place to stay for the night. The local neighbourhood is great (other than the market nearby as you go to the coast which isn't very nice) but the streets of Genoa are lovely and the apartment is in a great location. We didnt hear any of the busy streets either. Additionally, tommi and anna left us in-depth instructions for key collection as we arrived at 6pm and it was easy to pickup the keys and let ourselves in. They also sent us some really useful information over WhatsApp which helped us with our stay. Overall, a really great experience for myself and my family to stay here for the night before we travelled again the next day. Would stay again if I visit Genoa!

Nicely decorated with plenty of space. The host was super helpful and informative. Location was very central but lots of noise from the street.

The noise from outside

Very close to everything!! Aquarium, port, genoa museum, everything!!! The apartment is very spacious and clean!! The decoration is amazing… vintage!!! The host Tommy really helpful!!! Highly recommended

It is a spacious, clean apartment, one minute from the metro. There are two brilliant double bedrooms. Very quirky style. Everything you would need.

One room (in the corridor) is next to the lift, so the sleep in that room was a little disturbed.

Everything is beautiful, the location is perfect, the host is exceptional... well done
