Casa Claudia

We loved our stay at Casa Claudia! The place is beautiful, situated at the back of a large garden in a very quiet corner of the Amalfi coast. It's very cozy, has a beautiful outdoor seating area and is equipped with everything needed for cooking. Atrani is a short 15 minute walk away and if you like hiking, this place is also a great starting point for a hike around Valle delle Ferriere via Pontone. Roberto was a very kind host and even gave us lemons from the garden and some eggs. We would 100% recommend staying here and would always come back!

Es un poco incómodo el tema de las valijas y la distancia al auto .. pero al final te das cuenta que el problema es La costa amalfitana . Todo es así

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at Casa Claudia. Roberto was a well-organised, welcoming, and very helpful host. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms, which we found cosy and perfectly adequate for a comfortable week's stay. Please bear in mind that this is a mountainous area, and walking up and down many steps every day is part of this Italian coast. I would highly recommend this place to nature lovers and hikers who enjoy being active and exploring beautiful landscapes wirh good fit health. We slept very well and woke up each morning to the sounds of birds and the relaxing noise of the nearby river. It was a pleasure to discover this unique part of Italy. We rented a car during our stay; however, be aware that driving on the Amalfi Coast can be challenging. The roads are narrow and winding, so confident driving skills are recommended. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Casa Claudia to others.

Me encantó lo bonita que es, el sonido de la naturaleza y sobre todo las vistas eran espectaculares, el anfitrión siempre estaba atento a si estaba todo bien.

No me esperaba tener que subir tartas escaleras para llegar pero igualmente se pudo.

Logement incroyable avec un jardin magnifique. Accessibilité d'Atrani à pied. Bus au depart d'Atrani ou Amalfi. Roberto est très sympathique et aidant. Il nous a beaucoup aidé sur place suite à des soucis personnels. Je recommande !

Ein großes Lob vorweg an Isabell und Roberto, die extrem hilfsbereit und nett sind. Schön war der Garten, aus dem wir uns Salat und Zitronen und Orangen nehmen durften.

Das ändert aber leider nichts daran, dass das Appartement unsere Amalfi-Reise sehr getrübt hat. ​Wohlfühlen war leider nicht möglich: Das Duschwasser wurde nicht richtig heiß (unmöglich für zwei Personen hintereinander), die gesamte Wohnung war kalt und klamm, und wir hatten mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Die Küche ist zwar halbwegs gut ausgestattet, aber leider ist das Geschirr von Vorgängern mehr schlecht als recht gespült worden. Die Selbstversorgung ist extrem schlecht möglich – zumal man in Atrani selbst nicht einkaufen kann. Der nächste Laden ist einen gefährlichen, 30-minütigen Fußweg steil bergauf entfernt. ​Für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Autoanreise oder mit Koffern absolut ungeeignet. Höchstens für 2–3 Tage mit Rucksack zu empfehlen. Und dann am besten mit dem Bus kommen.

Surrounded by a very beautiful lemon garden , amazing view of the valley and the sea, so peaceful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great choice for those that prefer nature and views

The owner Roberto was amazing. Welcomed us when we arrived the first night and gave us some of the fresh produce from his gardens including some eggs from the hens there. He was also very helpful with information about local walks and what transport to use.

Water for showering at night was often cold. I’m sure that was out of Roberto’s control as on the sunnier days the water was warmer making us guess it was heated by solar power.
