Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from Como Lago Station, the lake and Carfour Express supermarket. Excellent instructions on how to get keys (including a video!) The best instructions I have ever had. Very big apartment. Also very clean. Kitchen equipment good. TV has Netflix, youtube etc. Nice to get a hot bath after a long boat ride across the lake.

Main sofa / chairs could be more comfortable. A £10 toaster would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

No coffee fr the coffee machine ,hard to find a close parking space . No lift if travelling with disabled

Great location, very close to the train station and the old town. Everything is within walking distance. Apartment was very spacious, light and bright, and very comfortable. All in all, we had a great stay!

The location. So close to Como Lago train station, the lake and duomo. Very quiet. Spacious (it was too big for just two of us). The place was clean and the owner was accommodating.

It would have been great if there was a laundry dryer. I believe the radiator was turned off somewhere we couldn't see because it was only early October, but we could use some sort of heater when we spent all day in the rain and came home soaked. I am sorry if this is only me not knowing how to use the radiator. It was a bit awkward they required a selfie of me holding my passport.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Very Italian, high ceilings, lots of light, big picture windows which you could open with different views, one of The Duomo, one of the garden. Nice big balcony with seating for 4, not the best view but interesting and reasonably quiet for a city location. The location was fabulous, 5 mins flat walk to Duomo/old town, 5 mins walk to train station for Milan, 5 mins to supermarket, 5 minutes to lake. Cafes and restaurants all around and lovely croissants within 2 minutes walk. Although central it was quiet with just some background buzz and the inevitable occasional motor bike and emergency vehicles. Quiet at night for sleeping - Como is a busy town not a quiet rural location. Beds comfy, armchairs comfy, enough equipment to keep you going albeit it a little eclectic, all well used but functioning perfectly. Smart tv. No AC - not a problem for us in Sept, fan in bedroom. This place is not modern, it’s like being at your nan’s house with good quality but old furniture, the type you would never buy but is oh so comfortable to sit in and practical! We absolutely loved it and would come back here if staying in the area again and would recommend to our friends and family. If you like authentic then why are you waiting, go for it!!

I'm tall and the bed was a little short but no big deal. Maybe a bigger trash can. :)

Nothing love everything

location is good , close to train station and bus C10,C30.

facility has everything but not care of details, such as no dish clean liquid, no washing powder for washing machine. host no personal touch to introduce the apartment facility and where are the products, give us tourist information. kitchen is not clean enough, oily everywhere.
