Perfect location and premise. Very Good communication with rental owner. Everything was fine.

The beautiful apartment is located close to the harbor and the train station. Fully equipped kitchen with living room and dining area. two large and comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom. The owner/manager was easy to contact and he provided clear information on how to get the keys and enter the apartment.

Small gripe. Having to leave cash for the local tourist taxes. I feel this should be built into the price or we should have the option to pay by debit/credit card. It was like this at 3 of the 4 places we stayed in Italy on this trip.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment at an excellent location with all possible amenities. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. Check-in and checkout was smooth. Host provided detailed video instruction for check-in. Grocery stores and shopping center is at walkable distance of 3-5 mins. Lake side and Como Cathedral is also close and at walkable distance. Unfortunately I broke a glass jug but host responded well to it. I really appreciate him for this! I would recommend this place for a nice stay!

WiFi connectivity could have been better, it kept disconnecting time to time and needs resetting; after which it work for sometime until it needs another restart.

the wifi was not working properly during our stay and we had to restart the modem 10 or more times a day. there is central heating which one cannot regulate and they turn it off during the night and it actually got about 18 degrees in the morning which is too cold for us

Lovely apartment, helpful host and very good location. The apartment is HUGE! high ceilings, spacious rooms and a nice balcony. Also, very clean.

Handover of they keys was great. Before we arrived the owner sent me really good instructions (video) about how to get the keys, how to reach the apartment and a complete tour of the apartment so you knew exactly where everything was! The apartment itself was great! It was very spacious (also because of the high ceilings). It had nice bedrooms, good bathroom and the location (center of Como) was excellent! The beds were good and there was lot of closet space!

Well, the kitchen and livingroom were nice but a little bit small but then again, if you are on vacation and you are in the middle of a nice city with lots of things to explore, surrounded by good italian bars and restaurants then who needs those rooms? We only used the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee and that worked just fine! ;-)
